Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–14 business days in the US and up to 30 business days elsewhere. A tracking link arrives by email the day the parcel ships.

Shipping cost shows at checkout once you enter the address. Duties and taxes outside the US are the buyer's.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? Write to info@nordkanso.com within 30 days of delivery with the order number and the size you need. Shoes must be unworn, tried on indoors, in the box they came in.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn shoes in the original box. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the shoes arrived damaged or we sent the wrong pair, in which case we cover it. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel arriving.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo with the order number within 7 days of delivery and we replace the pair or refund it. No need to ship it back first.
